The Black Country Industrial Cluster has agreed to act as a strategic adviser to the West of England Combined Authority as it develops a comprehensive strategy to decarbonise industry in the West of England.
There are developing and mature plans in place for technologies and fuels such as hydrogen in the South West, and the Black Country Cluster will work with key stakeholders in the West of England to help consolidate these into a coherent overall plan and identify how to overcome barriers to implementation.
